Who You Are
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to fuel business growth and cultivate client relationships within the rapidly expanding iGaming sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional with experience in digital advertising, programmatic media, and account management to play a key role in driving revenue and expanding market reach. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who excels at identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and optimizing sales performance in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
This role is based out of Stockholm.
What You Will Do
Build and manage a client portfolio with a specific focus on the iGaming industry (operators, affiliates, platforms, etc.)
Develop tailored outreach and sales strategies that resonate with the industry’s unique goals and regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams (customer success, tech, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign delivery.
Maintain clean, up-to-date CRM records of your pipeline, deals, and contacts.
Own your revenue targets—and crush them with confidence and consistency.
Acquire and grow iGaming-focused customers, both through inbound leads and proactive outreach.
Help shape and communicate the value of our programmatic platform to stakeholders in the iGaming ecosystem.
Own and drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—with support from an engaged team.
Be a trusted advisor to your clients, helping them grow through data-driven advertising solutions.
Job requirements
What You Will Bring
5+ years of experience in media, adtech, or performance marketing sales—ideally with some exposure to the iGaming or affiliate marketing industry.
Proven track record of B2B sales, including negotiating and closing mid- to large-scale deals.
Comfortable selling to C-level decision-makers—you speak their language.
A commercial mindset and the ability to navigate compliance, regulation, and growth in a fast-moving industry.
Entrepreneurial spirit—proactive, adaptable, and always thinking two steps ahead.
Strong communication and presentation skills (Swedish & English fluency required).
Bonus points if you’ve previously worked with DSPs, ad servers, or affiliate networks.
