Who You Are

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Account Manager (Supply) to work directly with publishers. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, with strong technical skills and an understanding of ad-tech platforms, mobile app, web and CTV ecosystems, and digital advertising. As Supply AM, you will ensure our clients leverage our ad solutions to drive their success, from onboarding to optimization.

What You Will Do

  • Own and expand a portfolio of strategic, high-value clients, ensuring long-term success and revenue growth

  • Act as a strategic consultant, providing in-depth industry insights, performance analysis, and optimization recommendations

  • Assist in integrating the ad-tech solutions into client apps, ensuring smooth technical setup, and troubleshooting any technical issues during the process

  • Work with clients to optimize ad placements, formats, and strategies to maximize revenue and engagement. Regularly analyze data to ensure ad performance meets client KPIs

  • Address and resolve any technical issues related to ad serving, integrations, or campaign performance.

  • Provide ongoing technical advice and recommendations for improving ad performance, as well as educate clients on new product features and updates

  • Work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure the delivery of solutions tailored to clients' needs and keep clients informed about new product features and innovations

  • Handle client escalations related to technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution while maintaining strong client satisfaction

Job requirements

What You Will Bring

  • 3+ years in a client-facing technical role, ideally in the ad-tech, mobile, or digital advertising industry

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field

  • Proven experience working with in-app, web, or CTV publishers, mobile app ecosystems, or mobile advertising

  • Strong understanding of mobile app development, including knowledge of SDKs (Software Development Kits) and APIs

  • Proficiency in understanding and troubleshooting ad serving issues, ad latency, and tracking solutions

  • Understanding of mobile analytics and data tracking (e.g., in-app events, user behavior, revenue tracking)

  • Ability to translate client needs into technical solutions and guide them through the troubleshooting process

  • Knowledge of ad servers, programmatic advertising, and real-time bidding (RTB)

  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce), ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA), and analytics platforms

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
