Who we are

Verve Group is looking for a Campaign Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of launching, trafficking, troubleshooting, analyzing, and overseeing the fulfillment of campaign media and objectives. The role requires collaboration across many Verve departments including sales, supply, client services, and product. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills to manage the post IO workflow communication process to ensure that campaigns launch on time, correctly, deliver flawlessly, and report precisely. Applicants should have a knowledge and understanding of the digital ad sales process as well as rich media advertising technology.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Launching and managing both National Managed Services and Programmatic campaigns
  • Proactively working with Account Management to set-up of campaigns according to customer objectives
  • Correct trafficking of creative tags
  • Technical troubleshooting at all stages of the campaign process from implementation through execution and reporting
  • Manage the QA process for all campaigns as well as pixel implementation
  • Participate in projects to enhance the ad server and trafficking platform features
  • Make campaign optimizations based on the customer’s campaign objectives and targeting criteria
  • Provide the highest quality client service support by addressing any campaign challenges with accuracy, efficiency, diligence, thoroughness, and professionalism
  • Experience within SSPs as well as working with DSPs for programmatic campaigns
  • Be able to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with SSP/DSP partners

Job requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 0-6 months working in digital ad operations, experience in mobile is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop is needed
  • Experience with ad serving and troubleshooting within SSPs and DSPs
  • Experience working with rich media vendors
  • Knowledge of basic programmatic concepts and landscape
  • Strong experience in technologies used to support online and/or mobile advertising operations: ad serving, audience management tools, inventory applications, HTML, XML, and third-party ad tags
  • Exceptional client service skills
  • Well versed in Excel
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-pace environment
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, but also can work well in a team
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
