Who You Are

We are looking for a results-driven digital advertising expert with a strong background in business development and within the field of digital advertising or adtech. You are a strategic thinker, persuasive communicator, and highly motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

This is a hybrid position with three days per week in our Stockholm office. A remote option is available in Gothenburg or Malmö.


What You Will Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product to ensure a seamless experience from prospect to client

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, understand their pain points, and present the value of Verve’s Solutions through meetings, presentations, and product demos

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through networking, meetings, and other lead-generation activities

  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the clients

  • Track and report on sales performance, activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasting

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations

  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness

Job requirements

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of experience for Mid, and 5 years for Senior level in B2B Sales in Media Agency, Digital Advertising, or AdTech

  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities

  • Excellent business communication and presentation skills including verbal and written communication

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to sell at C-level

  • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment

  • Fluent language skills in both Swedish and English are mandatory (Norwegian or Danish is a plus)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent working experience
