This is preferably a hybrid position in Berlin, Hamburg, London, Stockholm or Amsterdam. Remote option is also possible in Germany, UK, Sweden or the Netherlands.
What You Will Do
Lead and coordinate M&A projects with cross-functional teams both internal and external
Coordinate the sourcing of M&A targets and lead the prospect pipeline
Take part in negotiations of high-impact mergers and acquisitions
Lead discussions with various investment banks to vet M&A prospects
Help shape the company’s strategy and execute the buy and build plan
Coordinate the M&A process from beginning to end including in-house Due Diligence in Legal, Finance, HR, Commercial and IT departments
Organize team meetings and organize tasks within the M&A team
Work together closely with executive level
Help with purchase agreements by working closely with the internal/external counsel
Job requirements
What You Will Bring
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, legal, or a related field; Master or MBA preferred
Proven M&A experience (minimum 3+ years relevant M&A experience on the buy side)
Having a background in adtech is highly advantageous, and knowledge about the computer gaming market adds further value to your qualifications
Team and project management experience
High energy, hands-on, problem solving, intelligent professional attitude
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
Team player with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
