Who You Are

We are seeking a seasoned, strategically minded Business Development leader to accelerate our partner footprint across EMEA. This role is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and growing demand-side platform (DSP) partnerships into Verve’s SSP infrastructure across direct, indirect, and cross-channel integrations. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of programmatic ecosystems, a strong network of decision-makers at DSPs, and a demonstrated ability to manage complex pipelines and long-cycle integrations.

This is a high-impact, externally facing sales role for someone who thrives in a performance-driven, entrepreneurial culture and is excited to scale an omnichannel marketplace across EMEA.

A hybrid working model with office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays applies to this position. Lunches are paid for on these days!

What You Will Do

  • Drive net new DSP integrations across Verve’s SSP stack, with emphasis on omnichannel growth.

  • Own and manage a robust pipeline of prospective demand partners, maintaining clear CRM hygiene and deal visibility.

  • Cultivate strategic relationships with key DSP stakeholders (product, partnerships, commercial) to secure and grow integrations.

  • Activate indirect demand paths and scale cross-platform activations across Verve SSPs.

  • Partner with Account Management and Sales Engineering to drive upsells, troubleshoot integration issues, and optimize yield.

  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies, pricing frameworks, and market development plans across mobile, CTV, DOOH, and desktop.

  • Represent Verve at industry events, thought leadership forums, and client meetings across EMEA.

Job requirements

What You Will Bring

  • 7+ years in programmatic sales, partnerships, or business development with a strong track record of onboarding and scaling DSP relationships.

  • Deep understanding of DSP operations, RTB protocols, SSP/DSP integration lifecycles, and the broader adtech landscape.

  • Established relationships across leading global and regional DSPs (EMEA-focused).

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex partner orgs and align mutual value across tech and commercial teams.

  • Comfortable with high-velocity outreach and a traditional sales pipeline mindset; diligent in forecasting and reporting.

  • Strong cross-functional collaborator and communicator, especially with Product, Engineering, Legal, and AM teams.

  • Self-motivated, commercially driven, and capable of managing ambiguity in a fast-evolving market.
