Who You Are
We are looking for a highly experienced and commercially driven Business Development leader to grow and deepen Verve’s DSP partnerships across the Americas. This strategic role requires a strong understanding of programmatic infrastructure, proven success in building revenue-generating relationships, and a proactive sales mindset rooted in disciplined pipeline management. You will drive net-new integrations, grow indirect access, and support cross-platform activation across Verve’s SSPs.
The ideal candidate brings both technical fluency and commercial acumen, excelling at navigating complex organizations, developing strategic go-to-market initiatives, and executing with urgency and clarity.
A hybrid working model with office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays applies to this position.
What You Will Do
Drive new DSP integrations into Verve’s SSP ecosystem, focusing on mobile, CTV, desktop, and DOOH demand
Own and grow strategic DSP partnerships, including direct and indirect pathways
Maintain a high-volume, high-quality pipeline with strong CRM discipline and visibility for senior leadership
Identify cross-sell opportunities and facilitate multi-platform activation across Verve’s supply stack
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AM teams to ensure technical alignment and commercial value from integrations
Partner with regional sales, marketing, and leadership to shape GTM strategy and execute against revenue goals
Represent Verve externally at client meetings, conferences, and within the broader programmatic community
Job requirements
What You Will Bring
7+ years in digital media sales or partnerships, with a strong focus on programmatic ecosystem development
Expertise in DSPs, RTB mechanics, SSP-DSP integrations, and monetization strategies across channels
Established relationships across leading global and regional DSPs (NAR, LATAM focused)
Strategic, self-motivated, and comfortable owning both outreach and executive-level negotiations
Pipeline-focused with a traditional sales discipline: forecasting, hygiene, visibility, and accountability
Excellent communication skills; capable of working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in a high-growth, cross-functional, and dynamic environment

The salary range for this position is USD 200-225 OTE per annum. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
