Do you want to get more experience in Sales? Do you feel you are stuck in your current position? We offer you a “learning on the job” journey; you will be a member of a high-performing business-driven Sales Team, and you can learn the ins and outs of the industry.
We are looking for both junior and experienced Client Partners to join our fantastic team. After intensive training you will be able to take on the responsibilities in no time.
Based in central (as central as you can get 😎) Stockholm, you will be working toward the Swedish market leading the way for customer acquisition strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers through mainly outbound efforts. You will identify & develop new relationships and help shape the vision of Match2One’s programmatic platform.


During your first 10 weeks:

  • Take part in an intensive training
  • Outbounding, booking meetings
  • Be a part of client meetings

After your training:

  • Acquire new customers through both inbound and outbound efforts
  • Develop and manage a client portfolio across different sectors and verticals
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the team to drive growth with new customers
  • Own your pipeline content in our CRM to keep accounts, contacts & deals up-to-date
  • Responsible for your own sales budget and performance

Job requirements

  • You have a completed Bachelor/Master degree
  • Experience in Sales; making cold calls, outbound efforts. Minimum 0.5 years for junior, and 3+ years for experienced role.

  • Ability and passion to run a sales process on your own

  • Comfortable of working in an entrepreneurial environment

  • Background in building your own book of business and maintaining good business relationships.

  • Excellent business presentation skills including both oral and verbal communication

  • Fluent in Swedish and English
