About The Role
We’re looking for a delivery-focused Program Manager to join the CEO Offices Program Management team. This is an individual contributor role working across commercial and go-to-market functions to bring structure, pace, and delivery rigor to high-priority initiatives. You’ll be working alongside specialist counterparts in AI, technical, commercial, product and strategic delivery in a fast-paced and dynamic AdTech environment.
What You Will Do
Own end-to-end delivery of initiatives including scoping, planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder reporting
Lead discovery and scoping exercises, then drive implementation
Act as a “doer” as well as a driver, translating priorities into structured delivery plans and jumping in where needed to keep initiatives moving
Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track initiative progress and performance
Produce clear, reliable reporting on initiative status for senior leadership and the CEO Office
Collaborate with counterpart PMs to ensure activity streams join up with the wider program portfolio

Job requirements
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of programme or project management experience, ideally in a technology-centric environment
Excellent stakeholder management; confident engaging with and influencing peers and leaders
Structured thinker and clear communicator; able to distil complexity into crisp plans and reporting
Comfortable as an IC in a high-expectation environment - proactive, self-managing, drives delivery without being chased
Blend of commercial and technical acumen
AdTech, digital media, or product/platform background highly desirable
Native or fully fluent professional-level English required
