Who You Are

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our Global Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales enablement or product marketing background, with a good understanding of the ad tech industry, specifically advertiser facing products or solutions (eg. demand side platforms, app performance marketing, data solutions, ad experiences, measurement tools etc). In this role, you will be responsible for supporting go-to-market for advertising solutions, working closely with product leads and partnering with the sales teams to position Verve as a leader in established advertising markets like Americas, Europe and the UK.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting go-to-market for Verve DSP (Dataseat, one of the largest Contextual User Acquisition DSPs) and its advertising solutions designed for the biggest names in consumer electronics, music, streaming, quick service, mobile gaming, social media etc. You will work closely with sales leadership to position Verve as a leader in established advertising markets like the US, UK and Europe.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for Verve DSP (Dataseat) and other ad products catering to the buy-side. Assist business teams in defining use cases and designing sales solutions.

  • Collaborate with product marketing and commercial leadership to establish our leadership in contextual user acquisition and SKAN-based optimization (with Dataseat), ID-less audience addressability (with data and measurement products or partners) and video advertising (with high impact ad formats and channels like CTV).

  • Be an internal advocate for a solution-based sales approach. Build a training agenda in partnership with the commercial leads and the marketing team.

  • Analyze and interpret our DSP and marketplace data, with product marketing and business analysts, to generate valuable insights into consumer behavior, buying, and selling trends across mobile, desktop, and CTV.

  • Use such insights to support the commercial teams with short form content (social media posts, battle cards, blogs, etc)

  • Own and manage competitive research initiatives, help develop competitor battle cards to support product positioning.

  • Help enable the sales team with materials such as product one sheets, pitch decks and other market facing collaterals. Organize monthly training sessions for sales to ensure market readiness.

  • Help the commercial teams in identifying events or joint-marketing opportunities with industry peers, and executing it in collaboration with corporate marketing.

Job requirements

What You Will Bring

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in B2B marketing, with at least a year in product marketing or sales enablement in the agency or adtech industry.

  • Experience with media agencies, ad marketplaces or demand side platforms managing buy-side relationships.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with leaders across departments.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record in content creation.

  • Ability to analyze data to make informed marketing decisions.

  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating cross-functionally across different time zones.

  • Proven ability to influence key business and product stakeholders.

  • Native-level English proficiency; other languages are a plus.
