Who You Are
As a strategic and accomplished Client Services manager with a proven track record in managing high-value client relationships and driving business growth, you possess a deep understanding of digital and programmatic advertising. You are adept at overseeing complex portfolios, identifying opportunities, and delivering measurable results. Comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders and leading strategic discussions, you leverage data-driven insights and your strategic management skills to influence both internal teams and external partners. You thrive in high-growth environments and consistently demonstrate a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

What You Will Do
Own and expand a portfolio of strategic, high-value clients, ensuring long-term success and revenue growth
Develop and execute advanced client success strategies, aligning with overall business objectives to maximize client lifetime value
Act as a strategic consultant, providing in-depth industry insights, performance analysis, and optimization recommendations
Collaborate closely with senior leadership across Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive innovation, enhance offerings, and shape the future of the Match2One/Verve platform
Lead client onboarding and transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption of our technology and best practices
Champion the voice of the customer, influencing product roadmaps and feature development to align with evolving market needs
Drive operational excellence, supporting team members, and refining internal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Job requirements
What You Will Bring
3+ years (mid) or 5+ years (senior) of digital advertising experience in Customer Success, with at least 1 year in programmatic
Fluent English is a must, and Swedish language skills as an advantage
Expertise in strategic account management, including growing enterprise-level accounts and managing multi-stakeholder relationships
Deep knowledge of RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and optimization platforms
Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in performance marketing and proficiency in Excel for advanced data analysis
Exceptional business acumen, with the ability to identify revenue opportunities and drive commercial impact
A results-driven mindset, coupled with outstanding communication and negotiation skills, allows you to influence at all levels
A track record of leadership, mentoring, and driving best-in-class customer success initiatives within fast-paced environments
