Dataseat is a part of Verve Group since July 2022. Dataseat was founded just over two years ago by two industry veterans and Entrepreneurs David Philippson & Dr Paul Hayton with the goal to change and improve the way App marketers run their programmatic media campaigns. The company provides a Bidder or DSP as a service to App marketers to in-house programmatic media buying for user acquisition and re-engagement. Dataseat also delivers analytics to provide the client with insights on Fraud, Attribution accuracy, and Incrementality to help marketers build the business case in-house and take control of the media strategy. Do you know all the nooks and crannies of online advertisement campaigns? Would you like to expand your analytical knowledge with client-facing skills? Then, this is your exciting opportunity to learn from our industry experts and grow together with our Customer Success team! You will be working with our most strategically forward-thinking clients managing complex relationships to deliver growth for both Dataseat and our advertisers. We are looking for a junior or senior Customer Success Manager.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage existing accounts with end-to-end responsibility

  • Analyze, monitor, optimize, and improve programmatic campaigns

  • Manage and grow a large book of mobile advertiser accounts

  • Build and further develop strong long-term relationships with our advertisers

  • Become a trusted advisor for our advertisers and help mobile marketers to achieve their goals

  • Analyze and match Dataseat advertising solutions to customers’ needs

  • Provide educational resources and support for advertisers

  • Create status reports, performance analyses, and forecasts

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, companies, and opportunities

  • Execute in a fast-paced, constantly changing, team environment

Job requirements

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking skills

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in AdOps or Campaign Management

  • Familiarity with Mobile Advertising Technology, key metrics, key stakeholders in the ecosystem

  • Problem-solving and data-driven mindset, being proactive in improving processes and tools

  • Ability to analyze, extract, and clearly communicate insights from complex data sets

  • Must enjoy working collaboratively across multiple teams

  • Good interpersonal and persuasive skills across all levels
