Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of the NetSuite application for the whole MGI Group

  • Working as a key liaison between the NetSuite Professional Services team and the business unit representatives

  • Identifying and evaluating solutions to support NetSuite productivity and enforce corporate policies and procedures

  • Guidance on and implementation of policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure the quality of data and perform regular data audits

  • Define functional requirements, manage testing and rollout of customizations, custom objects, new enhancements, application releases and system integration based on user/business needs

  • Maintenance and daily management of the NetSuite application and its integrations

  • Providing front line support with regards to all aspects of NetSuite and data maintenance for all stakeholders

Job requirements

  • 4 to 5 years experience acting as a Netsuite administrator

  • Detailed knowledge of CSV imports, workflows, user provisioning, defining roles, and process migration

  • Efficiency in custom record searches, reports, fields, forms, and page layouts

  • Understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Invoicing)

  • Project management, system implementation and system integration experience

  • Ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment

  • Excellent customer service skills; ability to form relationships both externally and internally

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and documentation skills

  • Ability to reprioritise tasks and manage time to deliver results on requests
