This is a full-time hybrid role in our NYC office.

About the role

You will act as a central interface between all departments of our company and support our entire team in global projects. You’ll be the driving force behind maintaining a positive corporate culture and a pleasant atmosphere in the office. In addition, you’ll ensure a smooth workflow, contributing to process optimization and thus contributing to the company's success.

What you will do

  • Greet visitors and support internal team needs

  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and general correspondence

  • Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies

  • Maintain clean, organized, & inviting workspace

  • Plan and coordinate team events (holiday parties, summer socials, etc.)

  • Assist with business travel arrangements—booking, itineraries, expensing

  • Assist with light administrative tasks (e.g., scanning, printing, filing)

  • Collaborate with IT/facilities/co-working vendors as needed

Job requirements

What You Will Bring

  • 2+ years in office management or front‑office support (e.g. hospitality, corporate admin)

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Service-oriented with a calm demeanour under pressure

  • Proactive, dependable, and detail-focused

  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus

  • Experience with travel booking tools (TravelPerk, Jira) helpful

The salary range for this position is USD $65K - $72k per annum.
