This is a part-time position with three days per week in our Stockholm office.
About the role
As a part-time Office Manager in Stockholm, Sweden, you can expect a versatile and exciting work environment with us. You will act as a central interface between all departments of our company and support our entire team in global projects. You’ll be the driving force behind maintaining a positive corporate culture and a pleasant atmosphere in the office. In addition, you’ll ensure a smooth workflow, contributing to process optimization and thus contributing to company's success.
What you will do
Greet company guests, and be a supportive contact person for team matters
Process incoming and outgoing mail and other communication
Procurement and management of office supplies
Create an attractive and positive working environment
Organize team events such as Christmas and summer parties and other smaller events
Support for business travel management
Job requirements
What You Will Bring
Good proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish languages,
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to solve problems and remain calm under pressure
Responsible and reliable
Enjoy working with people and spreading good vibes
2+ years of experience in office management or similar front office activities (hotel, law firm, gym, etc.) is an advantage
