Verve Group is looking for a Regional Vice President of Sales to lead & build a team of sellers in the West Coast focused on identifying customers and growing revenue within both agencies and brands. We want a leader who will drive master service agreements with the major Agency “holdcos” in collaboration with executive leadership and other RVP counterparts (NOTE: if you have to look up what a holdco is, this job is not right for you).
We want a leader to provide market feedback to product & executive teams and help establish best practices in team collaboration and selling to agencies and brands. You will be working closely with the revenue operations team, ensuring that your team is consistently utilizing the CRM system for accurate forecasting, ability for marketing to leverage data to drive awareness and lead.

We would want you to participate in annual business planning inclusive of your region’s bottom’s up revenue forecasting, identifying revenue growth opportunities and necessary resources needed to support fast growth You would spearhead strategic efforts in developing and structuring all facets of a winning partnership with agencies and brands inclusive of terms, commercial agreements and overall value proposition. And if that wasn’t enough, you would work with our Marketing & Sales teams to identify vertical market strategies to win top brands per vertical as we build our roster of Top 200 brands.

8+ years’ experience selling digital, mobile, DOOH and CTV - strong experience in CTV is a plus!
Knowledge and experience selling media both directly as well as programmatically
Success building and leading winning sales teams
Strong existing relationships with agency and brand executives
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior-level managers and clientsRespected personal brand in the industry
You should be a strategic problem solver
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Enjoys working hard but finds balance in their life through other interests
A sense of humor is a plus
