Where You Come In

We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Senior Business Development - Supply to join our leadership team at Verve. In this role, you will spearhead strategic initiatives to expand our supply-side partnerships, focusing on high-value collaborations across the ad tech ecosystem. This position offers an unparalleled opportunity to shape the future of digital advertising by leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth and establish Verve as a leader in the industry.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive business development strategy for supply-side partnerships

  • Build and nurture strong, high-impact relationships with key stakeholders throughout the ad tech ecosystem, including Top 100-200 Comscore publishers across various formats

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new opportunities

  • Drive revenue growth by managing complex, high-value partnerships and ensuring their alignment with overall company objectives

  • Analyze market trends and insights to develop actionable strategies that enhance competitive positioning and long-term growth

  • Represent Verve as a thought leader in industry forums, client meetings, and executive presentations

Job requirements

What We Will Need

  • 5-7+ years in business development, with a strong background in ad tech, digital media, or programmatic advertising. Proven track record of establishing and nurturing transformative partnerships

  • In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising, familiarity with supply-side platforms (SSPs) and digital media ecosystems is highly preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to drive significant revenue growth through strategic and operational excellence in managing partnerships

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to translate market insights into business strategies

  • Proven ability to balance short-term wins with long-term growth objectives, ensuring sustainable success

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels, including executives

  • A deep understanding and enthusiasm for the evolving digital advertising landscape, including programmatic, audience data, and innovative ad tech solutions

The OTE salary range for this position is USD 175-200K OTE per annum. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
