Who You Are

We are looking for a highly driven, networked, organized, and communicative individual with strong business development experience in the digital or mobile advertising industry, to occupy the Business Development Manager, Publisher Sales role. This person will be responsible and accountable for sourcing and onboarding new Publishers to PubNative's World-class SSP Platform.


What You Will Do

  • Build a pipeline of new customers with a focus on Mobile Apps based on existing relationships in the market
  • Staying up to date with the current advertising landscape to identify new partnerships and trends in the industry
  • Growing Verve’s presence in the mobile advertising ecosystem in India by prospecting for new partners
  • Identifying the needs of publishers and communicating them internally to influence the product roadmap
  • Work closely with the account management team ensuring the onboarding process is smooth and meets our client’s expectations
  • Develop strategies to engage new Publishers
  • Align business opportunities to establish strong and long-term partnerships
  • Client management in maximizing the Publisher’s available inventory and their daily delivery needs
  • Provide sales forecasts and reports to the executive team

Job requirements

What You Will Bring

  • 4+ years of sales experience in AdTech required, ideally on the Publisher side
  • An existing network of Publishers in India
  • Experience in executing/managing technical integrations (o.RTB, Prebid, SDK, etc.)
  • Accomplished in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating contracts with potential clients
  • Familiar and comfortable with cross-department collaboration including product, engineering, legal, finance, and account management teams
  • Able to creatively think of out-of-the-box solutions in order to close deals
  • Proficient with CRM tool, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proactive, solution-focused, self-motivated, and stress-resistant personality
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Full business proficiency in English is a must
  • Bachelor's Degree
