The job
As a Customer Success Manager, you are the primary point of contact and owner of a dedicated set of clients. They can always rely on you when it comes to advise on their marketing strategy and the development of their complete Digital Media mix. You surprise clients with your proactive approach on solving problems and help them to achieve their brand and/or sales objectives. You take ownership for the implementation of the client strategy and analyse the client data in order to provide them the best advice.

Accountabilities and result area’s

  • Full lifecycle client management

  • Risk, assumption, dependency, issue, change, account and escalation management

  • Responsible for revenue & customer satisfaction

  • Forecasting and tracking of utilisation and budget

  • Analysing client performance and client market trends to include in strategic advice

  • Project manage, grow and maintain a profitable customer base

  • Servicing by answering clients' questions and solving clients’ issues, in order to raise clients' knowledge and maintain their revenue levels, within the scope of the company's SLAs and clients' tiers

  • Prepare and execute strategic pitches and presentations

  • Assist new clients with the (technical) set-up of the company’s DSP solution

  • Manage and maintain tickets and billable hours in systems

Job requirements

  • Bachelor or master’s degree, e.g. business administration or business commerce or applied science
  • Ad tech industry knowledge / experience 

  • Fluency in German and English, in writing as well as verbal

  • Great interest in digital marketing, preferably in both performance marketing and branding

  • A proven track record of growing new business and upselling clients

  • Proactive, problem solving attitude and focus on looking after clients

  • Analytical skills, experience with analysing data

  • Awareness of the trends and developments in the field of digital and offline marketing

  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills

  • An extensive network within the online industry is a pro
