Who You Are

We are seeking a highly motivated marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Ad-tech industry including demand side platforms and contextual advertising. This Sales Enablement/Marketing manager will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between sales and marketing efforts, focusing on creating, managing, and executing sales enablement and marketing strategies that drive sales effectiveness and efficiency. This role involves a mix of content creation, sales support, marketing campaign execution, and performance analysis to ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to achieve their goals.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain sales collateral, such as pitch decks, brochures, case studies, and product sheets, ensuring they are up-to-date and align with brand messaging

• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create targeted messaging and content for different stages of the sales funnel

• Support content creation, including blog posts, social media content, webinars and email

• Assist in driving end-to-end event management from event selection, and strategic planning, to execution to drive business growth

• Collaborate amongst sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and messaging

• Identify successful campaigns and develop case studies

• Provide regular reports to senior management on sales and marketing performance metrics

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in B2B and/or product marketing in Ad-tech with an understanding of industry dynamics, including Demand Side Platforms and/or contextual advertising

• Sales enablement experience, building sales presentations and one-sheets while collaborating closely with the Sales teams

• Experience in executing marketing strategies and campaigns, as well as conducting market research and analyzing data to make data-driven decisions

• Experienced in project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Knowledge of email marketing, blogging, and webinars

• Experience working in EMEA markets and adapting marketing strategies accordingly

• Knowledge of Google Slides, Sheets, Docs

• Native-level English

• Bonus: Knowledge of the supply landscape, Supply Side Platforms, and Demand Side platforms to inform marketing strategies and campaigns

The annual on-target-earning (OTE) salary range for this position is USD 95k-110k. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
