Your role

Highly impactful position with direct attention from the senior leadership team.

As a (Senior) Product Manager, Innovation, you’re going to play a key role in defining our business and product strategy on selected key topics. You have to be passionate about innovation and building something completely new, which takes iterations of experimentation and product-market-fit testing

This is a new Area in Verve Group and your role will be in charge of pioneering solutions that address the problems / opportunities within this space.

You will identify what our clients really need, before they even know it themselves, and create solutions to make it happen, unleashing the opportunities for Verve Group to tap into the “blue oceans”. You are expected to be a customer spokesman, product visionary, team player and a curious experimentator.

Job requirements

  • Responsible for driving 0 -> 1initiatives in our innovation business unit

  • Identify opportunities & perform product discovery to find out the market / business potential

  • Create regular overviews of the progress to keep alignment with leadership and key stakeholders

  • Work closely with a cross-functional team (product, operations, engineering, business) to build prototypes & MVPs and test them in the market

  • Define roadmap for the initiatives together with business owners and stakeholders

  • Handle communication with internal/external stakeholders and clients

  • Ensure alignment around our overall strategy and product vision

  • Understand and map out cross-product dependencies with the other business units

  • Set and monitor product KPIs to make sure the initiatives are driving product success

  • Supply product marketing team with input to create marketing collateral & appropriate functional documentation

Minimum qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in a product management role

  • Self-starter & self-motivator - you don’t wait to be told what needs to be done

  • Collaborator - you can gather tech and business stakeholders around you to work towards common goal

  • Entrepreneurial spirit - you prefer to have something done, rather to have it perfect (fail fast - learn - iterate)

  • Proven track record in delivering products / features in partnership with engineering, business, operations and marketing.

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (both written and verbal)

Preferred qualifications

  • Prior experience in Adtech / Martech, understanding of the advertising industry, it’s use-cases, challenges & technologies and key players (SSPs, DSPs, DMPs)

  • Experience building products in startups / small-sized companies (0 -> 1 environment, greenfield products)

  • Passion and desire to play a key role in driving new business initiatives to success in the Adtech space

  • Understanding of go-to-market strategies & experience working on product-market-fit

  • Data analysis skills
