What You Will Do

• Provide technical support to the business unit and be a subject matter expert on the company's product line built around automatic advertisement delivery pipeline: SDK, SSP, ad auction, DSP

• Technical assessment, onboarding, and scaling of new partners starting from the pre-sale phase

• Constant improvements of internal tools and knowledge used to perform day-to-day duties

• Provide support to business units of the company to scale the performance of existing partners by applying possible improvements to the setup, and react to the changes in the partner’s needs or business development initiatives

• Define requirements to the engineering units for the new features or changes asked by existing clients and partners, or bugs reported by customers

• Your typical day will be divided between troubleshooting - 60%, partners onboarding - 5%, knowledge sharing - 10%, internal automation projects - 15%, and looking for opportunities to grow existing accounts with precise tech adjustments - 10%

What You Will Bring

• Prior experience in the role of Senior Solution Engineer/Senior Solution Architect/Senior Sales Engineer : 3-5 years

• Strong background in mobile application with knowledge of CTV and Web ad technologies

• Strong problem-solving mentality and readiness to figure out issues in real-time

• Ability to communicate heavy tech concepts in simple words to non-technical peers or clients

• Experience in using Python (or other programming language) to solve utility problems: different data format parsing (XML, JSON, CSV), data validation, and querying data sources (databases or API)

• Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of SQL and SQL-like query languages

• Prior experience working with relational and non-relational databases

• Knowledge of one or several data analysis tools: Databriks, Looker, Tableau, or others

• Understanding how main data pipeline phases work: extract, transform, load

• Product knowledge: git, jira, confluence, aws services: S3, lambda

• Great to have: understanding of web/iOS/Android app development and ways to debug web/mobile apps
