What You Will Do

  • As a Software Engineer at Verve, you will be part of an agile team delivering new products and enhancing existing features related to the main ad exchange functionality.

  • As a team player, you actively participate in pair programming and code reviews, providing guidance and support to other engineers.

  • Your role involves creating new product increments, deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting production issues.

  • You are responsible for bug-free timely delivery through sufficient test coverage, and your communication skills enable effective interaction with business and collaboration with other engineering teams.

  • You also keep an eye on infrastructure and proactively work to improve processes and quality.

Job requirements

What You Will Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on coding experience with system-level languages (GoLang and Java preferred)

  • Proven expertise in Concurrency, Multithreading, Event-Driven, and Reactive programming paradigms

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)

  • Experience working with Cloud Computing platforms (GCP)

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GH Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins)

  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL databases

  • Knowledge of IaC (Infrastructure as Code) tools (Terraform) and monitoring/alerting systems (Grafana, ELK).

  • Experience with performance and system-level optimizations is a plus.

  • Experience with the Ad-tech industry is a plus
