We are currently looking for an approachable, hands-on, organised Sales Team Leader, to lead an autonomous Match2One sales team in Berlin. Together with the rest of our high-performing Sales Team, you will support, develop and build a long-term customer relationship with Match2Ones clients - while ensuring consistency in quality and results. You will help and support your colleagues in the day-to-day business, share your knowledge and experience and help the team reach their goals. You will report directly to the company’s senior management.
6+ years of experience in successful B2B sales
Previous experience in sales in Marketing, IT, SaaS or Media
Understanding and experience of complex sales
Ability to sell at C-level and previous experience of sales to CMO positions
Proven track record from previous sales roles and ability to run a sales process on your own
Comfortable of working in an entrepreneurial environment
Excellent business presentation skills including both oral and verbal communication
Ability to lead, enthuse and develop a sales team
Good industry knowledge
Fluent in German and English.
