About the job

As Venture Development Manager (f/m/d) at Verve Group, you support the CEO within our New Business Unit. In this role, you will work directly with the CEO’s and top-level management. As a Venture Development Manager, you will be part of building and bringing to market some of the most exciting products in Europe. As Venture Development Manager (f/m/d) at Verve Group, you will work directly with the CEO on new projects within our New Business Unit. You will be a part of building the most exciting AdTech Innovation hub in Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • You will support the leadership team to build new ventures and take the lead in developing and rolling out their business model

  • You will coordinate work across product strategy, pricing, finance, go-to-market / commercial roll-out strategy, and marketing - with the support of specialized & dedicated teams within our group

  • You work closely together with our C-Level and senior management to contribute to VG's growth roadmap

  • You perform meaningful data analyses and forecasts based on a KPI-driven approach to model different scenarios that are implemented within and beyond the new ventures

  • You will provide standardized progress updates across each project/venture and help minimize time to market

Job requirements

  • You graduated a business school top of your class and have demonstrated outstanding achievements in academia and beyond

  • You have a passion for Adtech and an inner calling for an entrepreneurial challenge with a true and lasting impact

  • You are keen to experience the opportunity to be part of an early-stage founding team supported by a strong and successful group of companies

  • You have a track record in a similar role like a management consultant, project leader or as founder of your own business

  • You are a pragmatic problem-solver with an excellent analytical mindset to tackle conceptual and strategic topics

  • You have strong organizational skills to manage priorities and take action to meet deadlines while staying within the budget

  • You are a proactive and kind personality with confidence and the ability to communicate with senior management level

  • You have a natural networking approach and take action to build lasting, functional relationships

  • You are eager to work in a fast-growing and agile startup environment
