Please note that we are only able to offer the position to active students currently enrolled at a German university.

We are looking for working students for a minimum of 1 year.

This position is available in a Hybrid setup in our Berlin office (at Alexanderplatz)

What You Will Do

Reporting to the FinOps Team Lead, you will primarily support the publisher(AP) / advertiser(AR) billing team in doing the following tasks:

• Responding to email queries on credit memos and reconciliations

• Assigning complex cases to Finance Operations Accountants

• Validating publisher/advertiser contracts and uploading them into the accounting system

• Weekly preparation of Cash flow numbers

• Daily cash application of customer receipts

• Supporting with credit reference check requests for new customers

• Ensuring master data is accurate in the accounting system

• Supporting the Finance Operations Accountants with payment runs and ad-hoc tasks

• Also, provide support to the advertiser/publisher billing team

What You Will Bring

Must-haves:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting or Business Administration completed or in process

• Professional level of written and spoken English

• Knowledge and experience with MS Excel

• Self-motivated and with a keen interest to learn and develop

• Friendly, positive attitude and 'can-do' mindset

• Strong attention to detail

Strong advantage:

• Previous finance experience (especially in billing)

• Experience working with an ERP system
