Who You Are
We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Programmatic Specialist to optimize supply strategies and strengthen publisher relationships within the fast-evolving adtech industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a programmatic expert with experience in supply-side platforms (SSPs), private marketplace (PMP) deals, curated inventory, and publisher relations to play a crucial role in enhancing programmatic campaign performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-savvy, and well-versed in the latest adtech trends, ensuring the best supply solutions for programmatic campaigns.

What You Will Do
Manage Programmatic Supply – Oversee and optimize programmatic supply strategies, ensuring access to high-quality inventory for maximum campaign performance.
Curate Premium Inventory – Work with supply-side partners to curate high-performing, brand-safe inventory tailored to advertiser needs.
Develop Publisher & SSP Relationships – Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, SSPs, and other supply partners to enhance deal structures and inventory quality.
Optimize PMP & Direct Deals – Negotiate, set up, and optimize private marketplace (PMP) and programmatic direct deals to maximize efficiency and revenue.
Analyze Performance Data – Monitor supply-side data, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends – Keep up to date with emerging adtech trends, supply innovations, and regulatory changes affecting programmatic advertising.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with internal teams including Programmatic Trading, Ad Operations, Business Development, and Product to align supply strategies with overall business goals.
Job requirements
What You Will Bring
3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within iGaming, programmatic advertising, or digital media.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth, acquiring new business, and managing key accounts.
Deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including player acquisition, retention strategies, and industry regulations.
Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, and other digital marketing tools relevant to iGaming.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
A highly analytical mindset, leveraging performance data to drive sales strategies and business decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
