Who You Are
Verve Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Ad Operations Manager to join our growing team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful execution and optimization of advertising campaigns across various digital channels. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient campaign delivery and maximize performance
This role is available at our Bangalore office with a hybrid work arrangement (work from the office 3 days a week). And this role requires working hours aligned with the China time zone (starting at 7:30 AM IST) to facilitate collaboration with our teams in that region.

Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of open auction and deal campaigns, including setup, optimization, and reporting.
Optimization: Utilize data insights to continuously optimize ad campaigns, enhance targeting strategies, and improve ROI. Conduct A/B testing and implement best practices to drive campaign success.
Troubleshooting: Address and resolve technical issues related to ad serving, delivery, and reporting. Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to resolve complex problems.
Client Interaction: Provide operational insights, updates, and recommendations to clients to enhance their advertising strategies and meet their goals.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Utilize analytics tools to track performance and identify trends.
Job requirements
What You Will Bring
4-8 years Ad Tech Experience at an Agency, DSP, SSP, or Publisher
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Slack, Looker, Tableau, CRM systems
Proven track record in managing and optimizing ad campaigns, with a deep understanding of programmatic advertising and ad serving technologies
Proficient in SQL
Experience with ad tech integrations and custom solutions preferred
Strong knowledge of ad tech platforms (e.g., DSPs, SSPs, DMPs), RTB (Real-Time Bidding), and ad serving technologies (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Header Bidding).
Exceptional ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure campaign success.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
