Who You Are

We are seeking a skilled Ad Operations Manager to join our team, working EST hours. In this role, you will manage and optimize advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring seamless ad operations and driving performance. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within our central ad ops team, supporting both demand and supply sides of the business.


What You Will Do

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of demand campaign line items and publisher inventory onboarding, including setup, optimization, and reporting
  • Utilize data insights to continuously optimize ad campaigns, enhance targeting strategies, and improve ROI. 
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement best practices to drive campaign success
  • Address and resolve technical issues related to ad serving, delivery, and reporting
  • Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to resolve complex problems
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, providing insights, updates, and recommendations to enhance their advertising strategies and meet their goals
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and present actionable insights to stakeholders. 
  • Utilize analytics tools to track performance and identify trends

Job requirements

What You Will Bring

  • 3+ years Ad Tech Experience preferably at an Agency, DSP, SSP, or Publisher

  • Proficiency in SQL is a must

  • Strong proficiency in DSP platforms including DV360 and The Trade Desk required

  • Experience with Python and Ads Data Hub from Google is a plus

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • Advanced Excel skills and comfortable with Slack, Looker, Tableau, and CRM systems

  • Proven track record in managing and optimizing ad campaigns, with a deep understanding of programmatic advertising and ad serving technologies

  • Experience with ad tech integrations and custom solutions preferred
