This is a hybrid role that takes place three days per week in our Stockholm office.
What You Will Do
Preparation of the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements, including appendices for the entire group of companies in accordance with the applicable regulations according to IFRS, as well as capital market publications
Responsibility for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (according to IFRS and US GAAP) and ensuring the proper recording of all transactions
Being the contact person for all departments for accounting issues and questions
Maintaining master data and ensuring the quality of reporting
Supporting and taking on special projects in the area of external accounting, as well as clarification of special issues in the area of national and international accounting.
Continuous development and adjustment of accounting and consolidation guideline,s as well as reporting processes
Supporting with special tasks and projects
Permanent process optimization and active advancement of automation, standardization, and digitalization of our accounting
Job requirements
What You Will Bring
Completed degree in economics with a focus on accounting/finance or comparable education
Relevant professional experience as a Group Accountant or in a comparable position
Deep knowledge of IFRS regulations is a must-have, US GAAP knowledge is nice to have
Practical or theoretical consolidation knowledge
Experience in Loan Accounting and Cash Management is preferred
Very good Excel skills and knowledge of management reporting systems (LucaNet is a plus)
Interested in being part of an international capital market-oriented group of companies
Business fluent English skills is a mush-have, German in addition is a plus
“Hands-on” mentality
Quick comprehension, analytical thinking, and very good communication skills
