acardo is one of the leading providers of shopper activation in Germany. For more than 20 years, we have been developing innovative MarTech solutions and sales promotion concepts for the grocery retail, drugstore, non food, entertainment, and healthcare sectors. As experts in shopper activation, we deliver holistic solutions along the entire shopper journey, from seamless coupon processes and cashback promotions to fulfillment services, implementing several thousand promotions each year.
Our team of over 100 employees at our Dortmund location provides full service support, from strategy and concept development to implementation, technical processing, and billing.
In coupon clearing, we manage an extensive network of more than 30,000 branches, including grocery retailers, drugstores, cinemas, and pharmacies. Our clients include leading companies in their respective industries, such as EDEKA, Drogerie Müller, Nestlé, Unilever, Beiersdorf, Lavazza, Milka, Pepsi, Krombacher, Coca Cola, Milram, Gerolsteiner, Hexal, CinemaxX, Cineplex, Universal, and Warner Bros. acardo is part of the Verve Group.
Your Responsibilities
Conducting consulting and sales meetings with a focus on OTC business
Managing existing clients and further developing customer relationships
Acquiring new clients
Working independently in an organized and structured manner
Creating and managing campaigns in coordination with internal departments
Coordinating with external partners such as printers, media partners, and cooperation partners
Managing proposals, client budgets, and billing processes
Job requirements
Your Profile
A degree in business administration with a focus on marketing and sales, or a comparable qualification
Whether you have several years of experience or are at the beginning of your career, we are looking for motivated talent in the pharmaceutical and pharmacy sector, particularly in marketing and sales, including campaign development, client management, and new business acquisition
Experience in developing digital campaigns
Strong negotiation skills as well as excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Fluent German and English, written and spoken
An independent and responsible working style, goal orientation, and strong numerical skills
A proactive, structured approach with a clear focus on daily business operations
