Who You Are

We are seeking a dynamic and result driven Sales Team Lead to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships within the rapidly expanding iGaming sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales leader with experience in digital advertising, programmatic media, and account management to take charge of a high-performing team. The role requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, optimize partnerships, and drive revenue in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

This position can be filled remotely in Malta.

What You Will Do

  • Lead Sales & Account Management – Drive sales and account management efforts within the iGaming sector, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and growth

  • Develop Strategic Partnerships – Act as the primary liaison for key iGaming demand partners, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and maximize revenue

  • Drive Revenue Growth – Identify new business opportunities, upsell additional services, and implement strategies to expand our footprint in the iGaming market

  • Conduct High-Impact Meetings – Lead client-facing meetings, including QBRs, to align on goals, analyze performance, and uncover growth opportunities

  • Consultative Selling & Account Optimization – Provide tailored recommendations and execute strategic initiatives to enhance campaign effectiveness and client success

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with Business Development, Finance,  Operations, Product, and Supply teams to ensure best-in-class service for our partners

  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends – Keep up to date with programmatic advertising advancements, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in the iGaming sector

  • Enhance Sales Processes – Develop, document, and roll out streamlined workflows to improve efficiencies in sales operations and account management

Job requirements

What You Will Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within iGaming, programmatic advertising, or digital media

  • 2+ years of experience in managing a team

  • Proven ability to generate revenue growth, manage key accounts, and build long-term strategic partnerships

  • Deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including player acquisition, retention strategies, and industry regulations

  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, and other digital marketing tools relevant to iGaming, with a minimum of 1-2 years experience

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • A highly analytical mindset, leveraging performance data to drive sales strategies and business decisions

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
