Who You Are
We are seeking a dynamic and result driven Sales Team Lead to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships within the rapidly expanding iGaming sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales leader with experience in digital advertising, programmatic media, and account management to take charge of a high-performing team. The role requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, optimize partnerships, and drive revenue in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
This position can be filled remotely in Malta.
What You Will Do
Lead Sales & Account Management – Drive sales and account management efforts within the iGaming sector, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and growth
Develop Strategic Partnerships – Act as the primary liaison for key iGaming demand partners, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and maximize revenue
Drive Revenue Growth – Identify new business opportunities, upsell additional services, and implement strategies to expand our footprint in the iGaming market
Conduct High-Impact Meetings – Lead client-facing meetings, including QBRs, to align on goals, analyze performance, and uncover growth opportunities
Consultative Selling & Account Optimization – Provide tailored recommendations and execute strategic initiatives to enhance campaign effectiveness and client success
Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with Business Development, Finance, Operations, Product, and Supply teams to ensure best-in-class service for our partners
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends – Keep up to date with programmatic advertising advancements, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in the iGaming sector
Enhance Sales Processes – Develop, document, and roll out streamlined workflows to improve efficiencies in sales operations and account management
Job requirements
What You Will Bring
7+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within iGaming, programmatic advertising, or digital media
2+ years of experience in managing a team
Proven ability to generate revenue growth, manage key accounts, and build long-term strategic partnerships
Deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including player acquisition, retention strategies, and industry regulations
Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, and other digital marketing tools relevant to iGaming, with a minimum of 1-2 years experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
A highly analytical mindset, leveraging performance data to drive sales strategies and business decisions
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
